Looking for a more private cardio workout? Our unique cardio dark room allows you to train in more private surroundings. With low level lighting, music entertainment wall and motivating music, the atmospheric dark room provides a cardio experience that is only available at Carrefour.

With over 20 Life Fitness and Concept cardio stations in the room there is an abundance of equipment that will give you a full body cardio workout. The cardio zone is open to all members during opening hours.
